Booking & Appointments

You’re welcome to book your session online or get in touch with me directly.

I may ask for a valid payment method at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

I completely understand that life changes, and plans shift.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible and at least 24 hours in advance. This helps me offer the time to someone else.

• All appointments are non-refundable but you can reschedule online or with me directly.

• Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full session fee and can not be rescheduled.

Running Late

​

If you’re running behind, please let me know. I’ll do my best to accommodate you, but to honour everyone’s time:

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened.

• If I don’t hear from you and you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a no-show.

eGift Cards

​

eGift cards are a beautiful way to share support, care and healing with someone special.

• eGift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• They can only be used for treatments.

• eGift Cards are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person if needed.

• Please keep eGift cards safe, as I’m unable to replace them if lost or stolen.

If you're giving an eGift card to someone who’s new to this kind of care—thank you. I’ll do my best to offer them a healing and supportive experience.

Health & Safety

​

My work supports your natural healing processes. It’s important you share any medical conditions, medications, or sensitivities with me so I can tailor your treatment accordingly.

Please remember that acupuncture and related therapies are not a substitute for medical care. If you’re unsure whether a treatment is suitable, I encourage you to speak with your healthcare provider first.

Payment & Refunds

​

• Payment is due at the time of your session unless we’ve arranged otherwise.

• All treatments, packages and prepaid sessions of any kind are non-refundable, but you can reschedule them.

• You can reschedule your appointment online and with me directly if more than 24 hrs before your appointment time.

• You can only reschedule your appointments with me directly if under 24 hrs before your appointment. However you may incur a small fee to cover the cost of room hire.

• I’m not able to offer rescheduling for no shows.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your trust is deeply valued. Any personal information you share—whether online or in person—will be kept confidential and used only for your care or communication related to Pure Acupuncture.
